Q1: Is the conference only in person, or will it be in a hybrid format?
A1: It will be in a hybrid format.
Q2: Will there be any travel funding available?
A2: The organizers have applied for funding from the NSF to cover airfare (up to $150) and stay. Students are however encouraged to find other sources of travel funding. In case funding is not available or there are changes those will be communicated to registrants.
Q3: Can I receive reimbursement for my hotel cost if I arrive before April 1st (or leave after April 3rd)?
A3: Unfortunately, due to limited funding, your lodging will only be funded the nights of April 1-2 and 2-3 (for a total of at most two nights). If you plan to stay for longer, you will be responsible for the extra hotel fee.
